Who this is not for

• Editors on other software. We only work in Premiere Pro 2025.

What you'll work on

• Long form talking head videos in tech, software and business. Never just talking head.
• Story driven: pacing, structure, what stays, what gets cut, where the impact lands.
• Real story decisions, not "cut to B roll, add a zoom".
• Basic motion graphics. Nothing heavy.

How we work

• A fixed timeline with set review points, so you always know what's due and when.
• A written style guide for every client, so you're never guessing.
• An associate editor works with you. Our creative director reviews every edit before it goes to the client.
• Reviews happen on Frame.io.

What you need

• Strong storytelling and pacing in talking head content.
• Your own PC or laptop that runs Premiere Pro 2025 smoothly.

How we pay

• You start where your skill puts you and move up when your work shows you're ready.
• Associate and Lead level: ₹35K–45K per month, base pay plus bonuses.
• We tell you exactly where you land before you sign.

How we hire

No free test edit. We look at what you've already made, and the one trial we run is paid.

   Apply

   A short form, about 10 minutes. Share your setup, your experience and a link to your best video.

   Interview

   A 20 to 30 minute call. You walk us through your video and we talk about how you work.

   Paid trial

   Edit one DenG video end to end in 7 days, with an associate editor guiding you.

   Decision

   You join as a freelancer or on our full time track.
